Karnataka MBBS Counselling 2019: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA), Bangalore, the regulatory body for Karnataka MBBS 2019 counselling, is most likely to be conducted in the second week of July. The counselling for Karnataka MBBS 2019 will be held in online mode only. Total three rounds of counselling will be held including a mop-up round. If there are seats vacant after the conclusion of three rounds, then there is provision for conducting an additional round of counselling to fill the remaining seats. After the verification of required documents, the candidates will be provided with a security key which has to be used to participate in the Karnataka MBBS 2019 counselling process by login to the applicant portal. Candidates are required to fill in their preferences as per their respective rank and category for Karnataka MBBS 2019 admission. The provisional list will bear the names of the verified candidates. Only the candidates whose name appear on the list will be considered eligible to participate in the Karnataka MBBS counselling 2019. The counselling session will be held after the publishing of the provisional list which is likely to come out in the first week of July. Karnataka MBBS 2019 counselling is conducted for 85% State Quota seats of Karnataka state which include approximately 5,617 seats in medical colleges and 2,181 seats in dental colleges. The counselling of Karnataka MBBS 2019 starts after the seat matrix is published. Karnataka MBBS admissions 2019 will be taken on the merit-cum-preference basis. Karnataka MBBS Counselling 2019 - cutoff
The cutoff rank will reflect the last NEET All India Rank which will be considered for admission in the first round of counselling. KEA will be releasing separate cutoff lists namely Government Quota - General, Government Quota - Hyd-Kar, and a combined list for Private, NRI & Others quota. The authorities will be releasing the final NEET cutoff 2019 Karnataka tentatively in the fourth week of August. It will be finalised after the conclusion of the last round of counselling. The cutoff will be released for 85% State Quota seats in the state of Karnataka, the remaining 15% seats will be transferred to the All India Quota.
